We provide the Service 'as-is', 'with all faults' and 'as available'. We hereby notify you that we may rely on information provided by third parties and open source providers to run the Service. Data are optimized with massive algorithmic image processing depending on satellite mapping. We do not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of data sourced from such third parties and providers or the information provided to you while using the Service.

Although every effort has been made to ensure efficiency and quality of service, the information contained in this application is subject to the Internet connection stability especially for our Eagle Eye feature (3D approach with augmented reality). This option might not be available in low quality or unstable Internet environments (public or hotel WIFI, 3G, etc.). We give no express warranties or guarantees concerning the availability of Eagle Eye feature in such environments.

Due to satellite data accuracy, we can't provide Real Time Rain and Lightnings for latitudes above 60N and below 60S. Additionally, some SigWx and Winds charts may not be available at very high latitudes.

3. WHAT THE AGREEMENT COVERS

This is an Agreement (contract) between you and 2LA (hereinafter referred to as, '2LA' 'We' or 'Our'). All of the information provided by the application is referred to in this Agreement as the 'Service'. 2LA provides no warranties for the Service. This Agreement limits our liability to you arising out of your use of the Service. You are hereby referred to and urged to carefully read the "No Warranty" and "Liability Limitation" sections of this Agreement.
